I spent two decades as a senior nurse practitioner in the busiest ERs and Trauma centers across the US. I was there through the height of COVID-19.
I have stood where you are standing—exhausted, depleted, but still showing up. I learned that rest is not a reward—it is a requirement.
My practice is a "welcome home" to yourself, using ancient wisdom and 20 years of clinical experience to create new pathways for your life.

My practice provides supportive, structured wellbeing work focused on the practical tools of "how to live well now". While it is not clinical psychotherapy, I can help guide you toward the right medical or psychiatric resources should you require that level of care.
Not at all. While I specialize in the unique burnout experienced in high-stress medical environments, these treatments and coaching sessions are designed for anyone who feels depleted by life. My goal is to help every client—regardless of their profession—restore self-love and achieve elemental balance.
It is a form of natural medicine for the nervous system that utilizes specific sound frequencies. Through auditory and vibrational treatment, I bring you into a state of deep relaxation. It is particularly effective for individuals who find it difficult to "quiet their mind" through traditional means.
Treatments
This depends on your treatment choice. Reiki is performed fully clothed, so please wear something comfortable. Massage uses oil and physical touch, requiring you to undress to your comfort level. I recommend wearing clothes that are easy to wash, as we use high-quality oils to facilitate lymphatic flow.
To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, and in the event of back-to-back sessions, I ask you to respect the appointment time. If you arrive late, I will still honor your appointment, but the lost time may be deducted from your overall treatment to ensure the next client’s session can begin on schedule.
Just yourself. I provide all the necessary clinical-grade linens, organic oils, and grounding props required for your treatment. Wellness Recalibration online sessions simply ensure you are in a quiet, private space with good wifi, where you feel safe to speak openly.
